I started a new drawing yesterday and so far haven't ruined it. I did the linework yesterday and started filling in values today. This is just a detqil area of these 2 figures and I'll be adding more figures.I'm very happy with the main figure - it looks like him. I just dragged an eraser thru the orange ghost figure to make it more sketchy than I originally drew, and now I like it. I want to add very misty, light parental figures... like, a child feeling the love and support of his parents around him... as if their spirits are holding, watching over him.This is my grandson abouť 2021. He's so close with his parents... it's such a beautiful relationship, I feel like he feels them with him all the time, so that inspired me to start this. So tomorrow I start the hopefully faint ghost figure of his dad. I still need to find the right pic of his mom. ....and I need to fix his stomach. He's skinny and somehow it looks all blubbery.
